Ghost boyfriend

Hello…So my boyfriend ghosted me for three weeks without us even having a fight before the ghosting me and during that time he’s always online posting.I decided not to talk himFast forward a friend of mine told me to call him and ask why he hasn’t called me since then only to tell me he was busy working so after everything we  settled and he told me he won’t repeat it again.After three days he told me he’s going somewhere when he’s back he’ll call me.I waited for his call Buh he didn’t, so I decided to call and have called like 12 times and texted him still he hasn’t called back and it’s been three days now. And it’s not like he hasn’t seen my missed calls nso. Right now I don’t know what to do if I should call back or I should let go.
